The Planet Art Network (PAN) is an autonomous world peace movement founded in 1983 by José and Lloydine Argüelles, with the purpose of organizing the Harmonic Convergence 1987, promoting the Roerich Pact for Peace, the 13:20 harmonic frequency of Time is Art, the 13:28 Calendar Change initiative, as well as assisting on the Biosphere-Noosphere transition.

The First Campaign of PAN was the Harmonic Convergence (15-16 August 1987), the first Synchronized Global Peace Meditation in human history, also organized by Jose and Lloydine Argüelles, the PAN Founders. This new PAN website went live between 15-16 August 2019, commemorating the completion of 32 years of the Harmonic Convergence, and the auspicious entrance into the 33rd Solar Ring.
